These terms are an agreement between you and Webtopias, LLC ("we"), which operates Las Vegas Reader at lasvegasreader.com. By using the site, you agree to them.

Using the site

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Follow the Posting Rules. We may edit, hide, or remove any listing, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the rules.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and distribute it on Las Vegas Reader and in search and sharing previews, for as long as the listing is up. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it's accurate and lawful.

We're a venue

Las Vegas Reader is a bulletin board. We don't own, inspect, or guarantee anything listed, and we aren't part of any deal between users. You're responsible for checking items, people, and offers yourself. See our Safety tips.

Fees

Posting is free. We may introduce fees for some categories in the future. If we do, the fee will be shown clearly before you submit, and it will never be charged for listings already posted. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from dealings between users, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of $50 or the fees you paid us in the past 12 months. Copyright complaints

Governing law

These terms are governed by Nevada law. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll note them on the site. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
